For auditors based outside a 20km radius (ie. the straight line distance) of the hire and drive operation:
Hire and Drive Operations with 10 or less hire vessels in the fleet PLUS a travel fee to be negotiated with the owner/operator prior to the auditor attending the hire premises to undertake the audit; $58.00
For each additional 10 vessels (or part thereof) in the hire fleet. $12.00
Please note:
1. The fee is payable by the owner/operator regardless of whether a satisfactory or unsatisfactory audit report is issued by the accredited auditor.
2. The above fees apply to both initial and follow-up audits.

Wetland Lease
Commercial Leases
The nature of commercial leases is such that the rental charges are determined on the basis of independent advice provided by registered valuers. Rental reviews are generally conducted on a three or five yearly basis.
Private and Community Leases
Rents for sites used for private recreation purposes on terms that preclude commercial activities are calculated on a rate per square metre of occupation. In 2005 they range from $5 to $79 per square metre per annum depending on the location of the occupation. These wetland rates are subject to review annually to reflect the latest Statutory Land Values.
